Leslie Bridgers Manning, Principal Consultant & Founder
Leslie Manning has consulted for various companies and with organizations of all sizes since the early 2000’s. Always fascinated by people and their systems, she began her work while studying sociology at Auburn University (War Eagle!). She served as the Executive Director of a nonprofit (still near and dear to her heart) for almost ten years. She has been the Executive Director of the Counseling Center, a free therapy center in Highlands, NC, and a major Development Officer for a thriving nonprofit.
Leslie loves collaborating with clients to help them go from “here” to “there.” Each contract is uniquely crafted for the client based on their particular needs and timeline. Leslie enjoys both short-term projects as well as long-term partnerships.
Leslie resides in a lovely town nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains of Western North Carolina along with her two beautiful children, dog, and pet turtle. When Leslie is not working or herding her brood, she enjoys being outdoors, exercising, gardening, and writing poetry.
